Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.




For returns and exchange just head to within 30 days of receipt of your product. Submit a reason for your return and a customer service representative will issue an authorization when approved. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please obtain a tracking number when shipping for reference.


All returns must be postmarked within (14) days after receiving an authorization number. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Our product is covered with 1-year warranty against any defects in manufacturing. This does not include any damage that may be caused by the user. Examples are damage caused by dropping or water.

The warranty is redeemable for an exchange for this year long period. All we ask is that you pay for the exchange shipping.





To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address within (14) days:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
